Im Ersten Weltkrieg diente er in der 10. Kompanie des 1. bayerischen Reserve-Regiments. Am 26.10.1914 fiel er im Alter von 29 Jahren bei Arras.<\/p>\n<p>Offiziell ist f\u00fcr Christian Egger keine Grablage bekannt.
