Im Ersten Weltkrieg k\u00e4mpfte er in der 5. Kompanie des bayerischen Infanterie-Leib-Regiments. Am 04.07.1916 fiel er w\u00e4hrend der Schlacht um Verdun bei <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Fleury-devant-Douaumont\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Fleury-devant-Douaumont<\/a> im Alter von 33 Jahren durch eine Granatsplitterverletzung.<\/p>\n<p>Offiziell ist f\u00fcr Alois P\u00f6schl keine Grablage bekannt.
