Im Ersten Weltkrieg k\u00e4mpfte er als Landwehrmann in der 9. Kompanie des 15. bayerischen Reserve-Infanterie-Regiments. Am 04.05.1916 verstarb er w\u00e4hrend eines Erholungsurlaubs im Alter von 32 Jahren in seinem Heimatort Aitrang.<\/p>\n<p>Karl Hafenmair d\u00fcrfte in seinem Heimatort Hafenmair begraben worden sein.
